It is that time again. With some people becoming bored with this site as well as other things and people going AWOL all the time, we’re need to recruit to keep our numbers from going down. I is not just the responsibility of the CO and XO to do this, although it says so. But like safety, recruiting is all our jobs.

I believe that if a ship is fun enough and great enough that people will want to come to it. But that is not enough right now. How many DH’s do we have or you know only have one or no people under them? I want to correct that and give you, the DH, a proper department.

If you know of someone looking for another ship or you think will be a great fit, please send them an invite to join our wonderful team of shipmates. Keep in mind the recruiting policy about cadets and the fact that we are a fast paced ship. Although we are a medium paced ship, our crew posts often and it helps with the storyline. So keep that in mind. Krys and I will recruit but we need your help as well. We are all in this together. Once another movie comes out, we will see a surge of course but until then we need to keep doing our best.
