The shadow made her way into the medical bay quietly, giving a nod to a male of her species and taking a seat against a bio-bed without a word. The male Vulcan understood why she was present in the medical wing. The shadow was a new recruit that had not yet been cleared for duty, so it stood to logic that the male Vulcan then left in order to find the chief medical officer. The shadow waited, basking in the silence that seemingly encased the medical bay like a tomb.
