For all Fleet Commander applications, please include:
Why do you want to be a Fleet Commander?
In your own words, describe the role of the Fleet Commander and their relationship with the ships in their fleet (in general but with specifics in regards to CO’s and XO’s). What experience do you have that you think is relevant?

For all Department Director applications, please include:
Why do you want to be the director of that department?
What experience do you have that you think is relevant?
What level of familiarity do you have with the department’s policies and bylaw?
What issues with the department are you currently familiar with?
What specific plans would you have for the department this term?
