First lemme start off by saying, I’m Melissa (Meli the Mobstress) your Meridian Fleet FComm. I have been in touch with President Archer and we agree the Chernov is in bad shape. I am sure you are all aware of that as well.

The following is in order for the ship to work on getting it back in shape.

We have two months to turn the ship around. This means the crew have to be involved in regular side sims, or a main sim within regular AWOL limits. CO/XO reports need to be posted on time to FComm so they can be included in the Fleet Report. Core positions need to be filled and maintained within Charter guidelines. (Extra points given if JO positions are also filled)

There are additional things the Command Team will need to be doing as well. And I will be reaching out to every crewman to see what we can do to improve posting and bring this ship back to life.

If we cannot turn the Chernov by March 14th, she will be considered for Decommissioning.

I have played on the Chernov for a while and I love the ship. I am not in a position of wanting to see her go.
