Blaze woke up in his quarters on time not an hour early but at a reasonable time. After his last sick bay visit The doctor has threatened to give him a disease. He knew it wasn’t a real threat but he was thinking it was time to change how he did things. And the first thing he was doing was taking better care of himself. He put on his uniform went to Sickbay for a decent breakfast eggs bacon toast and orange juice. Once he was done he went for his shift in engineering. He checked in and started to Monitor power flow throughout the vessel.

Ensign Alex Blaze (Engineer)

NE Wilson was doing his rounds and noticed Blaze. “Wow Blaze! You actually look refreshed today and chipper. You get lucky or something?” He said grinning.

Blaze looked up from his work “ya I had dinner last night 9 hours of sleep and breakfast. So ya I am doing good” he smiled.

NE Wilson smiled while nodding his head up and down. “Well I’m happy for you man. The power of sleep and well balanced meals. Keep it up man.”

As Blaze worked he notice there was a relay that was not responding. He logged it and found the CE “ hey relay 135 is not responding I was going to grab a repair kit and check it out if that’s all right”
