After doing her usual check ins, Sofia decided it was high time to check out her office and basically set it up to her liking and also check out if the previous COS had left any notes about anything in general.

Having stopped at her quarters briefly for a meal, she now carried the remaining half cup of coffee with her as she entered her office and took a cursory glance around.
