“So you are refusing to talk to him?” Garviz said, his anger flaring as he looked over at Jessica Adams. Her face seemed far more sharp than normal. She often seemed stern, a side product of keeping Aedan in line but in this moment it was clear Garviz was the one she had an issue with.

: : : : : : “Why can’t you drop this? He feel in love, you are supposed to be his friend. He is going to have a kid, he is happy and trying to change his life. I support this completely, and mark my words if you go to the board they will do the same. Aedan has helped OMAP and all his other dealings prosper in the past 5 years. No one is going to cross him, least of all someone who claims loyalty to him.” Ms. Adams said, looking furious as she paced the room, she knew it was twenty minutes till everyone showed. She wasn’t liking the fact Garviz called a meeting behind Aedan but he had more control than she did in the company.

: : : : : : “I am loyal to him, with her he is soft though. I don’t do this to hurt Teller I do this to put him on track. If you stopped getting in bed with him for five minutes you would see that too.” the man said, his stare icy as he looked at her, knowing he went to far but couldn’t stop her reaction as he felt the slap hard across his face.
: : : : : :
: : : : : : “How dare you, Aedan and I’s past has nothing to do with this! You want to go down this path fine, but consider my support gone.” Ms Adams said, her tone harsh as she left, seeing the first trickle of member entering behind her as Garviz tried to focus less on her outburst and what needed to be done.

: : : : : : A few hours later Garviz paced the office, clearly upset. =^= Lieutenant Irreso get in here now! =^= he said as he grabbed a bottle to uncork it, downing it from the bottle as he waited for the man to appear.

: : : : : Lt. Irreso entered the room in less than three minutes. No one made Teller wait and in these situations, Garviz was Aedan Teller. The site of Garviz agitated unsettled the lieutenant. If Aedan was the brains of OMAP, Graviz was the amygdala in charge of the flight or fight response of the OMAP entity and Graviz did not flee any situation. Like any ship, gossip spread quickly and it was no secret Graviz and Adams had had words. “You wanted to see me,” Irreso stated in a firm voice.

: : : : “Irreso… they just don’t understand the gravity. We must help Aedan… no one is seeing we are loosing our path. That witch… Jessica has his child in her and just doesn’t see anything. No one does, you need to help me. We need to force his hand Lieutenant.” Garviz said as he looked at Irreso sternly.

: : : “Force his hand how,” Irreso looked at Graviz. “What if we pay the tabloids to run another story but this time slap up the headlines ‘Texas Trash Caught Drilling for Oil in Another Man’s Fields’,” Irreso spread his hands dramatically with a snarky grin. “We can get a guy playing in that new Thor flick Valhalla Vulcans to be the pegged as the Baby Daddy. She bawls everytime they run something like that and we both know,” Irreso walked to the bar pouring himself a drink, “her crying makes Aedan nuts. Besides, she is big as a house and all Aedan needs is a distraction. He hasn’t married her so we just replace her. It’s not likethat hasn’t happened before.”

: :
: : “Oh Irreso, no… that won’t work. We are going to need something more firm. I want her gone, permanently. You are all I have left in OMAP that sees my vision. I need your help getting rid of her, hiding it and blaming it on one of the factions… maybe Cardassians. This isn’t the first clean up for Aedan we have had to do.”
: :
: : Garviz
:
: “Yeah but I don’t think Jessica is in bed with or the head of any cartel,” Irreso joked throwing back the shot. “However that Orion chick had us fooled and shot me,” he grinned back. “I did not mind taking her out.” As Iresso spoke his grin began to falter slowly first at the corners of his lips and them slowly all the way to the center until his lips were a thin, tight line.
:
: “You are joking right,” Irreso felt a knot tightening in his stomach. Jessica might not just be eye candy anymore but too much sugar gave everyone cavities eventually. “I mean she is annoying as heck and makes Aedan think like a love sick school boy but just as you said this is not the first clean up we had to do for Aedan. Sure when he tires of her we will have to falsify some records so he is not stuck with his trailer park social climber and her brat but that is far easier than killing a Starfleet officer.” Irreso hoped he played off his unease with concerns about murdering a Federation officer convincingly because the man he truly feared was Aedan followed by Garviz.

“You’re just like them… you don’t see the cancer she is. I can’t let this continue… I /won’t/ let it continue.” Garviz said, the flash of silver was quick as the blade struck Irreso quickly. “If you won’t join me I can do this myself.” he said as the covered the mans mouth as he felt to the ground. Garviz seemed far more on edge as he looked around. He had been hoping this went differently, this was not how he wanted to do this, but no body count was going to stop him from saving Aedan. Aedan had brought him from the gutter, it was his job to protect his assets from the vipers around him.

Irreso’s hand went instantly to his commbadge but the knife sliding into his heart froze Irreso’s hand in mid-air. While a knife to the heart was supposed to be an instantaneous death, Irreso clung to life long enough to feel his knees go weak. He felt the searing hot pain from the tip of the knife puncturing his lung as it severed the left anterior descending coronary artery. His punctured lung fought to get a breath of air, not to scream but only to breath. As his mouth opened thick foamy blood began to course over his lips spilling down his chin from his deflating lung still pushing out the air in hopes to get a fresh breath. As his knees impacted the deck, Irreso could feel his vision clouding. It would not be long now. A loud hum filled his ears and a face flashed in his memory. His wife on OED would be taken care of. Aedan always took care of his people just like his people took are of Aedan. Irreso’s vision went black as he fell forward but the last sound he heard was the clink of Garviz’s boots walking away from his body.
