This is perhaps long overdue, but I have concluded that I’m no longer able to continue to roleplay in the season of life I’m in and I have submitted my resignation as captain of Outpost 42.

We have and truly have had for quite some time a wonderful crew here on the Outpost. We have had wonderful writers and members that I’ve really been glad to have on the roleplaying environment I lead. It’s made it a challenge to let go, but for the sake of both myself and for STF it’s important that I do so. Thank you all for making this corner of our club such a wonderful place.

I completely understand and I am so excited for all the amazing things that are happening for you but I am truly going to miss you. You have been my rock, my confidant, and more times than not my voice of reason for the past five years here in STF. You helped me in the academy when I had nowhere else to turn to. You believed in me enough to give me a chance to be your XO. You have prayed and listened to me when I have been at my lowest but also celebrated and shared in some of my happiest moments. I am truly going to miss you.

I want to thank you for all the wonderful memories I have of the OP. You have been a great friend and amazing boss.
