Posting limits on Outpost 42 will be relaxed from December 21st through January 4th. AWOL policy will not be enforced during this time on the Outpost, however, if you know you’re going to be gone or if you will be absent for the holidays longer than that, please declare a Leave of Absence. Those who are able to are encouraged to continue posting. Please be patient with those who are busy.

The AWOL policy hasn’t been relaxed club-wide, but regardless of all the things that may have been canceled this year, Christmas is not one of them. It’s been a very tough year for everyone and we’re all going through different experiences. It’s not easy. It’s weird and stressful. Regardless of if we’re all able to be in person with the people we really want to during the holidays this year, it’s still a special time of year. And we’re not going to be demanding writing quotas during it on my watch as captain. If you’re able to keep posting, please do so. Otherwise take a little break and we’ll see you on the other side.
