It didn’t take long to gather some water into a container she could run with, and while her outfit wasn’t exactly the best running gear, it also was breathable and flexible enough that it would restrict her movement. At least she had the appropriate footwear. Her strides as moved back to the treadmill, Her hips carried a very slight swing and she couldn’t help but smile widely at Zoi, enough to make the corners of her eyes crinkle and their dark depths light eye a bit.

“You know, I am just going to say it, but after the two really busy days I’ve had I’m now looking forward to your company as much as I am a workout to relieve some stress,” Myqian said as he stepped up onto the rig system.

Zoi turned to watch Dira take the final strides back to the treadmill. Her smile was quite literally breathtaking and Zoi had to remind herself to breathe in its wake. Down girl she admonished herself. She did not need to pounce the new XO in the middle of the gym surrounded by any and everyone. And she had an inkling that if she allowed herself to kiss Dira, they wouldn’t stop for a good long while. Her middle fluttered with those butterflies she had had for the last two days along with a smile she had not been able to keep off her face.

Her mind played over the words from Dira. She couldn’t help but smile back and shake her head ruefully. “Are you saying I am stress relieving?”

Many responses floated through her brain but Dira had the good sense to keep them to herself. Instead, she inhaled and allowed her lungs to fill significantly before calmly exhaling. Casting a sideways glance at Zoi at they got themselves situated side by side, she couldn’t help but smirk. “There’s a Human saying Captain Siterra liked to use that said ‘if the shoe fits’…”

Dira gestured forward with her chin. “I’m liking your route selection. Very doable.”
