“I can’t think of anything Commander. If I do I’ll let you know though.” Achilleas replied with a small grin. “It would be nice to have a staff dinner when we get our ship back though.”

CSO Petrakos

Leaning back in her chair, Myqian’s dark eyes lit up. “Now that is a great idea. We’ll definitely have to plan something casual.” Anytime she could watch the crew interact in larger groups would exceedingly beneficial for her in the long run.

“Well, I guess that’s all then. You know how to find me,” Dira said.

Commander Myqian, XO

Achilleas nodded before he got up and moved towards the door. “This was a good meeting, so thank you for the invitation. I look forward to working with you in the coming days.” He gave a grin and a wave before heading out of the office and into the imaginary sunrise of a more comfortable locale.

CSO Petrakos

“Later,” she said as he left, smiling widely.

Leaning back in her seat, Dira braced one knee against the edge of the desk and laced her fingers behind her head. “Not, bad. Not bad at all,” she said softly to herself. So far so good. It seemed that her transition to XO would be pretty smooth after all. Little did she know that mayhem was just around the corner.
