Having left the security office and headed to the lounge Willow spotted a table empty nearby and pointing to it turned her head to look at Zoi and said. ”I’ll grab some drinks shall I? What would you like?”

She wandered off then to secure the drinks and was back in a few moments.

Zoi followed the Captain to the Lounge, amused that their business meeting had transitioned to a more social one. She noted the table Willow pointed to and then turned to look at the Captain, considering her drink options. “Let’s go with chai spiced latte and a fruit and cheese plate please? I eat regularly throughout the day and its about snack time.”

”Great idea, I’ll join you.” Willow said and went to order the drink and food.

She turned then and made her way to the table, taking a seat near the window and easy to see the rest of the room. It was an automatic maneuver, ingrained like so many security precautions. She seemed relaxed though.

She returned with the drinks, a peach ice tea with a lot of ice and a slice of lemon for her and a chai spiced latte for Zoi. ”Food in five minutes apparently.” she said as she sat and took a drink of her tea. And seemed to cheer up immensely after just one mouth full. Not that she looked sad before but definatelymbrighter afterwards.

”Do you know, I spend so much of my life wandering this ship these last couple years that I only get to sit here a handful of times. And every time I do I think…we need new seat covers. Something a different colour than grey.” she smiled

Zoi , amused by this observation, laughed softly. Taking a sip of her own drink, she too felt the enjoyment and brightened. Something about the heat and how it warmed her all the way to her bones perhaps, but she always loved a fresh cuppa. “Perhaps muted tones of red, blue and yellow? Or should we go with something completely alternate to our company line. Something along the fushia family perhaps, or better yet, a deep royal purple. Everyone loves a good purple don’t you think?”
