Zoi considered the Captains words, seeming to chew on them as she lifted some more PaDDs from the last drawer. “Alright Captain, I’ll give it to you straight then about who I am. I go by the book but if my instincts take me a different way, I trust them and I hope you will learn to trust me and those instincts too. My goals are to make sure my team is in top physical shape but also that they become expert negotiators. Firing a weapon should be a last resort if at all possible. They and I will know this ship inside and out. I apologize ahead of time of you received complaints about homework. Mostly it will consist of ship specs and personnel rosters for the time being but I promise they will not be overworked and those that struggle will always find a helping hand in this office.”
