Just then =^= Taylor to Bridge We seem to have located the source of the power fluctuations. Engineering is to work on repair immediately. Science has located a creature of sorts and taken it to the lab. I want it scanned, bio printed and identified if possible. I want a full scan of this ship and any more of these stow always tracked down. Coordinate with security in their sweep. =^=

Dr Black for his part seemed to consider this message as the intruder alert flared behind him. “YES…A CREATURE WOULD MAKE SENSE I SUPPOSE....” he muttered apparently to himself.

Willow shuddered slightly down in engineering.

The channel closed and Kree looked over at Moreino. “Get a bio signature for the creature from Science, then run a ship wide scan to see if there are any more of them.”

“Yes, sir.” Said Najma as she followed the XO’s orders. “I should have the results shortly.

She looked back up at Dr Black. “Thank you for alerting us, Dr, but the mystery has apparently been solved. You may return to your offices now.” Talyn thought everyone would feel better once the dentist was off the bridge.

Dr Black nodded sadly and clicked his way towards the turbo lift. Again the doors didn’t open but he was gone as mysteriously as he had come. The collective crew on the bridge shuddered deeply.

NE Driver looked up from helm at Kree as the alert flared. “Full stop sir?” She asked.

“Slow to impulse, Driver, at least until this is sorted out.” Left with a feeling of something being not quite right, Talyn hit her combadge. =/\=Kree to Science. Make the creature’s biosignature available and we will scan the ship for signs of any others. Do you know yet if it is a threat?=/\= Her interest was piqued now that ‘despair’ had a definite origin, and she waited to see what the scientist would report.

Najma hoped the science officer who was examining the creature replied soon. She had a feeling if he didn’t she would be ordered by the XO to check out the situation in the lab. She really did not want to have to be in the same room with it.

She wondered the same thing. =/\=I believe the Captain ordered a red alert because there was an unknown intruder on the ship.=/\= Kree wanted to go where the action was, but it was already being handled by others. The best place for her was to stay on the bridge.

OOC: Just a couple notes: I’m copy/pasting the XO’s comm to science because it wasn’t cross-posted to the lab, so they might have missed it. Also, the CSO can’t be both on the Bridge and and in Engineering at the same time. Just in case there was some confusion about timelines, I’ve amended the thread title to indicate that this is Main Sim as well.
