Even though her duty shift wasn’t supposed to start for another hour, Ensign Iyun was already in the science lab the crew from the Ogawa was allowed to use while they were waiting for their ship to be repaired. Right now she was deeply immersed in data for her doctoral thesis. The cup of tea next to her long forgotten and cold. She wasn’t even aware of anyone else in the room. For all she knew, she was still the only one in the lab. After all, she hadn’t even gotten up from her desk once since coming here in the early hours of the morning.
