Stepping out of his room, Gethmire (Geth) took a shaky breath that he didn’t know he was holding. He was nervous no doubt, straight out of the academy and into a huge ship would likely shake anyone up. But he took another breath and walked himself and Hades down towards the turbo lift and towards engineering. Hades kept up with Geths low movements and stayed close as they walked through a few groups and around the halls before ending up at the Chiefs door. One ring of the chime and Geth tried to relax in his spot waiting for the ok to enter.

“Come in,” came the voice on the other end of the door.

A human lieutenant was sitting at the desk, apparently in the middle of typing something on the computer console. A moment passed until he reached a suitable stopping point. It was at that point he finally turned to look at the guests in his office. There was an expression of surprise upon seeing the duo, which quickly focused directly on Gethmire.

“Is that a service dog?” The question was asked with the slightest of smiles.

Geth stepped into the office and closed the door behind them, directing his attention towards the human behind the desk. “Ah.. Yes it is, this is Hades.. He is a Doberman” Hereached down and gave the dog a pet before looking around the room a bit. “I am Ensign Gethmire Belmine, I was told to check in with you” A small smile was given back towards the lieutenant. “He is friendly if you want to pet him”
