Danielle shook her head. “He didn’t say, but he did say that he thought Hendricks was jealous of him being with Erika. Is that enough motive to kill someone? I don’t know. I do know that it wouldn’t be enough to pass the ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ measure in a court.” It seemed that now that the young security ‘person’ had something to focus on, she was a great deal more calm.

Ana resisted letting out a sigh of relief as she noticed the cadet calming before her eyes. “So Losa thought that Hendricks was jealous of Losa’s relationship with Erika,” she repeated back, hoping that she had followed the dramatic story arc that the being was relating to her. “Do you have any other relevant information?”

The ‘security officer’ just shook her head. “No. I wish I did. Maybe then it would feel less like a punch to the gut. You don’t get many truly great friends like Losa in your life. I don’t know what I’m going to do without him,” she said softly, fighting back her stronger emotions.

Ana’s lips pressed firmly together to hide her malaise at the cadet having any further information about the situation. It seemed that she did have some details she could share with Taylor, although whether they would be useful to their current situation was completely unknown. Her deep eyes studied Damiselle for a few moments before finally asking, “is there anyone I can get for you that would be of comfort?”

OOC: Can she pick up on any emotions from her?

OOC: No. Just your usual visual cues/body language. Although, good question. Made me do a double-take and think about it for a moment, lol.

‘Danielle’ shook her head. “No,” she said sadly. “I don’t really have any other friends, anyway.”

She eyed Darren. “Do you think they’ll find who killed him?” she said more intently. “I mean, if there is anything else I can do. Maybe I can try and gather more evidence or something? I mean, I am a security officer, after all, for all the good it’s done me.”
