OOC: Doing this again with the new CSO

Saatynn was eager to meet the CSO of the Ogawa. A medical ship was an interesting subject, and he was eager to sit down and study what all the ship had to offer, but first he had official business to take care of. He rang the chime to the CSO’s office, stepping back and absentmindedly smoothed out his uniform.

“Come on in!” A voice called out from within. The doors parted to show a young man sitting behind a desk while studiously reading a PaDD. His slightly unkempt black hair and olive complexion framed two soft green eyes. Eyes which looked away from the reading material and captured the person on the other side of the doorway.
