IC: With the fluctuation in Mark’s hands, Jiang’xi turned his attention to Onuru and the issue of the hospital, something he wanted to prepare for before they arrived. The Denobulan led the way to his office, sat down at his desk and pulled up the schematics of the pre-fabricated hospital modules. He knew there had to be an operating area, intensive care, regular beds, staff areas, and the like, but medical was far from his specialty. He brought up the total number of modules they would need to put together and a list of the key components he would need to arrange with Onuru.

Jang’xi, CE

Into main Engineering walked Willow. She had taken as direct a route as possible from the bridge only to be waylaid in the corridors by the looming dark figure of the creepy dentist who had basically taken up more room than anything or being should have rights to in a corridor and had tried to explain something to her that seemed nonsensical about humours, feelings and glands of which he assured her he had none. Finally when he had asked her if she had ever considered fixing her slight overbite she had firmly excused herself.

Therefore it was a slightly frazzled and mildly anxious looking Willow who approached the CE and Chief of staff when she spotted both and nodded her head at each. “Gentlemen, pardon the intrusion I was looking for some assurance as to the recent power surges, while I’m sure that low lighting is considered ambient in many cultures I’m not convinced that the bridge is a suitable environment for it.” She smiled weakly at the CE.

As the Captain entered, Michael had the panel of a station off and ran his tricorder over the systems inside, checking relays, connections, subsystems and the like looking for any errors. His legs were sticking out and his head and hands were busy inside the station. He hoped this might help alleviate the issue of low lighting on the bridge.

OOC: I’m playing this that Michael was here all along - doesn’t make sense he’d arrive mid sim in this case … he was getting his teeth filled by Joe Black or involved in a long and meaningful conversation with Zoot or something similar.

Mark’s voice popped over the comms at that moment. =/\=Pierce to Jang’xi I’ve found some sort of biological trail. I’ve called down to science for someone a little more versed in these things, carrying a tricorder on the right settings.=/\=

Michael heard Pierce’s call for Jang’xi and the earlier conversation between the Captain, CE and Chief of Staff, as he continued to run scans on the systems.

The systems Easter was examining showed themselves to be in good condition. Pierce seemed to have found the relay issue between Deck 3 and 4, but there were the odd relay between there and the cargo bay on Deck 7 (where previous issues, now fixed had started) that were showing less than ideal power levels.

Willow looked over from her conversation regarding the power fluctuations and approached Easter. “Any further forward Lieutenant?” She asked.

“Deck 7, the cargo bay, still something up with the relays there,” Michael replied, “I’d best see what I can do to fix it. I’ll run a final check here to confirm I do need to go there, to fix the problem, however.”

Michael disappeared back into the guts of the machine and ran the appropriate diagnostic to determine if he could be lazy and fix the problem from here or if he’d have to go to Deck 7 to deal with the problem with the relays.
