Cai slouched after her, his hands in his pockets. “Lollipop…you’re not serious?” He asked with what sounded like distain in the tone, however just as quickly as it had come the tone was gone, “ Got any green apple flavour?”

Ana ignored the teenage disdain as they arrived at her office and she pointed at the chair in front of her desk as she made her way around it to her own chair. The office was completely utilitarian and bare; the psychiatrist clearly hadn’t either had a chance to do any decorating or wanted to do so. Silently rifling through the large tub of lollipops, she found a neon green colored one and slid it across the desk to Cai and then took a seat, looking expectantly at him.

Lt Darren, Psychiatrist

Cai slouched to the chair and sat down trying to get comfortable, he leaned back looking utterly relaxed and bored and taking the neon green confectionary item held it up as if admiring the co,our he popped it into his mouth and looked around. “So…Spartan life style by choice or by profession or have you just not got round to unpacking?” He asked around the lolly.

Ana pulled a few lollipops out of the container and set to lining them up on the desk in front of her, glancing back and forth between her work and the blue-haired ball of angst in front of her. She watched as he looked around her office and then shrugged at his question. “It has everything I need,” she responded, somewhat missing his point. She waited a few minutes, reorganizing the lollipops in front of her in a pattern from lightest color to darkest color, before she looked up at Cai again. “So what do you want to vent about?” she asked, idly.

Lt Darren, Psychiatrist

Cai watched her. “You sure you don’t want me to get Doctor Reeze in here to talk to you…that’s mildly compulsive don’t you think.” He asked and put the lolly back in his mouth. “To be honest I don’t want to vent about anything. But I’m told I need to so here I am, I’m happy to sit here and listen to my music till the hours up.”
