So I think it’s pretty apparent that there’s been a lot of confusion with the sim and it’s moved very slowly. With all the comings and going and LOAs I feel like we’ve lost all momentum and I don’t feel we’re going to get it back. After discussing it with Cale, I’ve decided to end the sim. I know it was getting interesting for some of you and I apologize for the sudden end.

We’re going to say that the crew helped build the new hospital and found a way to reverse the virus that was starting to spread through the camp and ship. Now they are on their way back to SB 157. Their Gastropod friends are still on board for the moment.

I have had sudden inspiration for a new sim and it’s a clean start with none of the carry over from previous sims. Hopefully that will help things a bit.

Just to add to this then folks, I’m going to be talking to Harley and working out a way for us to get some focus on character development and what you guys want to do with your characters story lines. I have an idea about this but will get back to you on it.

For now please feel free to side sim while we get things up and going again and give me a yell if you want me to do something IC to help you play out a story or whatever.

I am going to continue delivering random things to Departments across the ship for now so every department will have something they can do at the moment.

Any issues with the decision to end the sim or problems this will cause your character storyline please email me so we can discuss it or even if you’d just like your opinion noted.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for the heads up. I know this would not have been an easy decision to make, however, I completely understand your reasoning behind it. I look forward to what you plan to do next and in the meantime, if anyone wishes to visit secondary sickbay for a creepy doctors appointment, you’ll find my surgery hours at the front desk. Just ask the nervous looking NE.
