“They are! Try a handful of those and popcorn. Absolutely my worst food indulgence.” She dropped a few crunches in her hand and grabbed some popcorn and tossed both in her mouth.Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
He poped a few in his hand and some popcornd. “mmmmmm thats goood” he said. “Your going to make me fat” he said with a laughed.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa Security“Nope. Carbs for energy for all that rock climbing. We’ll add some jerky in for protein.” She glanced over at him. No she couldn’t imagine Calder ever being out of shape.
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
He laughed, “To be honest I workout so much I would have to eat a lot of bad things.” he said shifting around on the couch some. He would love to have his feat up, he liked to recline while watching a movie. He worked to get comfortable but could not quite find the spot
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa Security“Well then I won’t feel guilty about sharing the crunch clusters with you.” She noticed him shifting around, “Feel free to get comfortable however you want. I don’t have a stool but the coffee table or the seat of a desk chair works, or I can scoot down and you can stretch out.”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
He smirked. “you just want me to streach out so you have to, and then you’ll be possition to get a free foot rub” he said putting his leggs up on the seat in a slight fold to his side.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecuritySoda came out her nose in a little snort. “No. Absolutely not. You are not touching my feet Calder!” She glared at him and scooted into the corner, tucking her feet underneath herself. “Nope.” She popped the ‘p’ for emphasis.
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Bump
He smirked, smiling at her, she acted like he had made a pass at her, which had he been in a different head space he might, but friendship is what he needed right now. Calder’s eyes started getting heavy, soon he had drifted to sleep while the movie continued to play in the background.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale looked over at him as a rather deep breath gave a slight grumbling sound. He was asleep. Wasn’t he supposed to be keeping an eye on her? Navale laughed to herself and got up. She draped a blanket over him, shoved a pillow next to his head for support and then took herself to bed. She was feeling better, but she was still fairly dizzy and was thankful to get to sleep again.
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Calder woke sometime in the middle of the night, great, some watcher he thought rubbing his head. After a long moment he streached then stood and walked over to her room, quietly he slid the door open and looked in on her. She was a sleep, moving he got some water from the replicator and sat it down next to the bed on the night stand.
Calder put his tricorder on silent and scanned her to check her vitals, once he was sure she was ok he would go back to sleep and check on her again in an hour.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityHer vitals were steady. She was still going to have a headache and some lingering dizziness and fatigue from the concussion, but she was fine. She rolled over in her sleep and slapped her hand on the mattress, fingers curling like she was grabbing. “Huka gremlin,” she grumbled and went quiet.
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Calder smiled, she was a special woman, he thought as he stepped back to the sofa to sleep. when morning came he was up early with breakfast again, nothing special just eggs bacon and toast. He sat and read through the security logs for the night, he was due on shift in a few hours.

USS Ogawa SecurityThe smel
Lt. Huzzen, Engineersmell of food wafted I to her room. Navale groaned at the pulsing in her head as she sat up. She spotted the water and grinned. That was sweet. She drank it down and pulled her hair back into semi control.
“Morning,” she mumbled as she stepped into the living area. “Thanks for the water.”
“You’re welcome” he said watching her enter the room, she was quite lovely actually, he had not really noticed. He walked over a sat some food infront of here. “I imagine you have a monster headache would you like a shot of analgesic to help with it?” he asked
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale looked at the food and sighed. She was hungry but she also wasn’t sure if she could eat. She glanced up, “Yes please. All I really want though is more sleep.” She picked up a piece of toast and took a bite. “But that’s probably because my head hurts so much. I can’t imagine I actually need more after sleeping for two days.”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Aaron pulled the hypo out of his leg kit, he had perpared the does already. He pressed it to her neck as the hypo made its hiss. Almost instantly the headache was gone. “You’ll need another one later, headaches should be gone tomorrow” he noted. “I can come back after my shift, make you some dinner and give you a shot so you can sleep better if you want?” he said sitting down to eat and continue reading the reports
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityThe immediate sigh was half a moan as the headache disappeared and the relief washed over her. “Sure, that sounds fine, but I’ll cook. You’ve done enough, so let me thank you. I’ll pick a movie too if you like.”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
“That would be awesome” he said, truth was he really did not want to go be alone in his quarters. He had spent so much time sharing quarters with another lieutenant that having his own large space was, well a little unnerving. Even growing up space had been limited. “I’ll need to unwind after my first shift anyway”
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale grinned, her whole expression lighting up with it. “Great. Any hard no’s on food?”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
He squinted. “None that I can think of, ” he noted, “You would not know it by looking at me, but I love to eat.” he smiled and lean forward in his chair. “On second thought, eyballs” he said suddenly. “I don’t do Eyeballs, or other more exotic parts he said with the most serious glare he could manage.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale sat there for half a second before a delighted laugh escaped her. “Eye… eyeballs? GROSS.” She laughed harder. “I promise nothing gross. Ewww.”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Calder smiled as he continued to eat his breakfast. “I just had to be sure, cause you know you specified anything, there are a lot of things I love to eat” he said looking at her breifly over his fork, “But gross things is not on that list” he said taking an intentional bite.
Navale laughed. He was funny, she liked that. “Well I appreciate the clarification.”
“Are you planing on taking the day off?” he asked.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale sighed, “Yes, but not by choice. Kane wrote me out and she is NOT someone I want to argue with. So I’ll probably go bug the scientists in the arboretum or maybe go swim.”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
“Mmm” he said over a bite, “you know if your looking for a fun side project, I’ve been looking for some sort of micro camera device with all spectrems, to use to go places I can’t in an emergency, but here is the kicker, I need to see and control it and keep my hands free.” he noted.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityHer eyes lit up. She reached over and snatched a PaDD off the side table and began to jot down notes. “I can do that. About how small do you want it?”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
He looked at her as he thought about it, “It needs to be small, it will need to move through debrie fields and broken buildings, ships things like that size of a palm of my hand or idealy smaller if possible.” he noted. To many time path finding to victems took to long, scaners got blocked by heave metals or other interference and livers were lost.
Aaron Calder
USS Ogawa SecurityNavale nodded slowly, letting ideas perculate. “Would it need to fit under any head gear? How do you feel about glasses or goggles?” She asked without looking up from what she was doing.
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
Calder scratched his head, he had not really thought about it that much. “It might, or could for some units, and goggles might be best since glasses cand shift fall etc” he said, shifting around the table, his head settling next to hers just beyond setting down on her shoulder. He wanted to see what she was doing, she had a facitnating mind for tech.

USS Ogawa Security
She was flipping through different screens, pulling information from different sources and then layering them together in a sort of diagram. It looked big on the screen. And complicated. There were pieces sticking out all over it and it didn’t look to make any sense. “So this would be for search and rescue right?” Navale flipped screens again, selected another component and brought it back over. She looked over her shoulder at him. Their faces really close. She leaned sideways just a bit to look at him. “Helmet, protection… you were with the marines right? How are you with HUDs?”
Lt. Huzzen, Engineer
