Continuing her tour of the ship Amari Brooks made way to the door of the office of the COS. She was loving this so far. She activated the chime.

The door opened immediately to reveal not an office, but more of a Security room. With the small Security team the Ogawa carried and no specific Security provisions made in the design, this area had been retrofitted to serve as a gateway to three other rooms.

In this room itself, two Security desks sat so the staff could perform their duties. A Security door to the left led to a small Brig, a door dead ahead of her at the end of the room a small secure armory, and to her right was the door to the CoS’s actual office. The CoS however was not in his office, he was in this main room, door to his office wide open while he sat on the edge of one of the desks and reviewed the Security details for the next few days. His other officer’s who were on duty were going about their rounds.

Looking up, he spared a slight glance at Brooks and looked back down to his PaDD, but he offered a smile as he continued to work. “Lieutenant Commander Brooks” he greeted her, “Welcome to the Security Suite. Come to get your Phaser cert approved?”
