So she wasn’t just being a hypochondriac! Ambassador Salin Mero really was ill and being slowly poisoned by her own aide. Said aide was held in the brig until the Ogawa rendezvoused with another starfleet vessel, the USS Endurance who was going to take the quartet of Kelaghk to Deep Space Nine where they would meet up with a Kelakgh ship that would transport the Ambassador and co home to Gosaneen III.

Now that they figured out the cause of the Ambassador’s symptoms, treatment was fairly straightforward. By the time they rendezvoused with the Endurance, Mero was doing much better but only time would tell if there would be permanent damage. Hopefully the Kelakgh doctors back home could help further.

OOC: That’s it folks! You solved the mystery and nabbed the bad guy (who really needed a new job a few years ago, I think). We’re going to side sim and carry on our usual antics while Geoff and I prep the next sim. Give us a couple of weeks to have that ready to go.
