Achilleas made his way to Solal’s quarters after that dreadful nightmare. He had showered and put on some off-duty clothes, keeping it casual and decent smelling. He arrived in front of the door to his destination and hit the chime.

Solal was asleep, at last, but despite his exhaustion, the chime was enough to wake him up. He pressed the button to open the door. The room was dark, as usual lately. Sol was in bed, looking tired, frail, and pale, his breaths somewhat shallow. He rolled over so he could see the door. “Achilleas?”
