While on the turbolift Maria pulled out a PADD and began to search through it looking from deck to deck. She squinted at the PADD then frowned as she saw most of the ship was medical facilities. She thought about where she would need to go before she shrugged and put the PADD away. =^=Deck Five=^= she called out, and the turbolift shot down, taking her to the requested deck. Stepping off of the deck she walked down the corridor until she got to the doors of the main medical suite. She stopped at the doors for just a moment and took a breath before she stepped forward for the door to activate and move aside for her and she walked inside. The 5‘4 woman had bone white hair and a series of dots that framed her face. The rest of her skin seemed to shine, with a olive complexion. She looked around the room, as the hustle and bustle of the medical team and programs wirred around the space. She looked curious and impressed by it all. When approached by anyone and asked what she was doing there she would says. “I’m reporting for my boarding medical checkup.” Her tone was rather perky and she gave a rather friendly and warm smile to those around.

It was a nurse who had stopped next to her to ask what she was waiting for. Upon hearing, the nurse smiled and nodded, “Right this way, please.”

Leading Maria further into sickbay, she settled the Lieutenant onto a biobed and quickly wrote down the vitals on a PaDD. “A doctor will be with you shortly. Please wait a few minutes okay?” She said, and then hurried off.

Ten minutes later, a young doctor hurried up. Around twenty-seven, the Betazoid seemed.... Well, friendly enough. He offered Maria a smile, at any rate. “Welcome to the Ogawa, Lieutenant. Just here for your boarding exam?” He asked.

She followed and sat on the biobed. She sat there and nodded waiting until the Dr came. She smiled at him in return then nodded. “Yes sir. I feel healthy, just have to do this before I’m able to go on duty.” She nodded and then chuckled “While I may not be the most eager about the exam I am eager to get to work.”

Adaril nodded. “These are meant to be preventative more than anything. Catch problems before they make you too unwell.” He watched the biobed’s monitor for a moment and then wrote the numbers on it down on a PaDD. Then he pulled out a scanner. “So you feel healthy now… What about recently? Any illnesses? Concerning symptoms? General questions?”

“I understand the purpose. I mean my job is more or less the same just more mechanical parts than biological. That’s why we do routine checks and maintenance.” The number seemed normal for any person from the Trill species. Maria sat still while he scanned her, though her face was scrunched in thought. “Uhhh....” She drew out the word for a few moments, only to stop the sound when she had to draw in a breath. She concluded as she shook her head. “Not that I can remember in recent history Doctor.”
