Having gotten settled in, Elanor made her way to check in with the Chief of Staff. She had taken the time to change into her new uniform and wrestle her hair somewhat into submission, though tendrils still threatened to come loose and fall down around her face. It was an ongoing struggle…

She made no attempt to hide her excitement and sheer joy at having been assigned to the Ogawa and it showed. Her grey eyes sparkled with anticipation (and perhaps a little mischief) and she practically danced down the corridors on her way to the office. All in all, despite her pointed ears, it formed a very un-Vulcanlike picture.

Once she arrived she pressed the door chime and waited, with some difficulty, to be admitted.
