Sitting t her work station in the medical lab, Aizala stared at the screen in front of her, a slight frown on her freckled face. She had run an analysis several days ago of an experiment she had conducted. To make sure that her work was sound and to get a second opinion, she had asked the science department to run an analysis as well. She should have heard back from them already as she had been told that it should take no more than a day or two. That had been almost a week ago and she really needed those results to make sure she was on the right track. Lifting her hand, she let it hover over her chest for a few short moments and then dropped it again. Instead she pushed to her feet and left the lab. Of course calling them would have been the faster thing to do, but so far her interactions with the science department had been rather minimal and she hadn’t even met the Chief Science Officer yet. So way not catch two flies with one stone?

A few minutes later, the petite redhead walked into the Main Science Lab and looked around for the Chief Science Officer.
