Myqian gave her a wide smile. “I have no doubt.” Her dark eyes took in Howell more keenly. “Have you had a chance to check out much of the ship beyond the Psyc deck?” The ship was really state-of-the-art and there were some really interested place to relax. “I myself am still working through my list, but very keen on checking out this arboretum of ours.”

“I have been looking forward to some exploring, but I haven’t had much chance yet.” Elin replied. “The Arboretum is high on my list as well. I’ve always loved green spaces.”

Lt. Howell COPsych

Dira gestured to the doors. “I haven’t been yet either. Want to take a peek? If you’re free of course…” The ship was in flux with all the new crew members but it wasn’t a constant twenty-hour deal. It had been quiet in the crew Counselling section since she had stepped in so she was taking a educated leap that Howell was free for at least a little bit.

“As it so happens, I am,” Elin replied with a grin. “And I would love to take a walk in some natural space. The Ogawa is beautiful in her own elegant way, but there is still nothing quite like the chaotic variety of plant life.”

“Wonderful,, and I agree,” Dira said. She led them out of the crew counselling space and through the corridors towards a turbolift.

“So, what else should I know about you? Pretend I haven’t red your file,” Myqian said with a grin. Of course, she had. Any of the new senior staff had been a high priority for her.
