Kyle softened slightly, not being a telepath himself, he was always a little nervous when he knew that there might be something beyond the field of his understanding. He grinned and tried to do his best putting on a brave face persona, “Here’s hoping we don’t go flying across the room without warning, fancy a little company on your rounds?”

-Lieutenant Kyle Anders: Security Officer-

At that, Myqian gave a wide grin. “By all means, join me, Lieutenant…” She studied him hard, her eyes squinting slightly. But Dira shook her head. “Ah! Sorry, trying to memorize the crew, but that’s a feat that going to take me awhile. But I do know you’re one of our new transfers, yes?” She suspected most people on the ship would forgive her for not knowing them immediately on sight but it was one of those tiny things that was likely to irk her for the first while.

Kyle blinked and righted himself quickly, “Oh of course, where are my manners? Lieutenant Kyle Anders, one of the newest members of the Security personnel, a pleasure,” the young Lieutenant extended a hand, a warm smile on his face.

-Lieutenant Kyle Anders: Security Officer-

Always adaptable, Myqian shook his hand, though it wasn’t her particular custom. Still, as always, that part of her brain that sought out info about people in order to get a sense of them beyond her own psi perceptions would take any opportunity to do so. “Welcome to the Ogawa, Lieutenant Anders. Have you seen much of the ship yet?”
