It had been two days since she had conducted Lieutenant Kane’s boarding physical and ever since he and his medical record hadn’t left her mind. She still wasn’t able to put her finger on why exactly something felt off . So here she was in her quarters pulling up his record again and re-reading it very carefully. It really was too perfect. Too clean. As if someone had created the whole thing.
