Kyle whistled to himself as he stepped over the threshold into the Ogawa’s main Medical Centre through the port access door on Deck 5. He knew a ship designed specifically for offering medical aid would have a large Sickbay, but Anders questioned himself as to whether he was expecting it to be this big. The young Lieutenant took a moment to breath it all in before finding a young Nurse checking over several PADDs in the office. He gave his usual warm grin as he knocked on a patch of the wall, “Good morning, the name’s Lieutenant Kyle Anders, I’m here for my boarding physical.”

The nurse’s head shot up, pale eyes closing the distance between them as a smile crept across their face. “Mornin’, Lieutenant!” They hummed, palms pressed against the tabletop in a gesture to stand. “Did ya schedule an appointment,” they rounded the desk, “or are ya here as a walk-in?”
