“Some help would be nice. It’s not much, but the quicker we are in packing everything, the sooner we can move on to part two,” Ria said with a small wink and then moved reluctantly away from Achilleas so that she could start putting lids on everything and then place every item back in the basket. Hopefully she’d remember the correct order so that everything would actually fit again. Though her mind was not as focused as it should be, considering that she kept wondering what Achilleas had planned next and where they might go from here.

Having gotten up with Ria, Achilleas helped to pack up the food and drinks. He shook out the big blanket before quickly folding it then placed it into the basket. He then lifted the basket after making sure that they weren’t leaving anything else behind. He then held out his arm to her and led them on a roundabout way out of the arboretum.

With her arm looped through his and her head resting against his shoulder, Ria walked through the Arboretum with Achilleas in silence. Wondering where they might go, but in part also still thinking about everything that had happened that day on the station and how much she wished that she was stronger, braver and thus wouldn’t worry Achilleas all the time with all the things she got anxious about.

Achilleas and Ria had left the Arboretum after enjoying the sights and smell of nature. There was a very brief detour to his quarters to deposit the basket and its contents and to pick up a surprise bundle of clothing. He didn’t show it to her yet, not wanting to ruin the surprise, and led them to their next destination. Their destination was the spa area on the ship and after entering they could feel the heat in the area increase quite a bit. “We’re a little overdressed for this next plan, but I’ve got us covered. Tada!” He held out a one piece bikini for Ria and a pair of swim shorts for himself. “I would love to help you out of that dress but I’m not sure if I’m welcome in the dressing room for women.” He grinned and said mischievously.

“Maybe not. I don’t know,” Ria replied as reached for the bathing suit. “I’ll be a while,” she apologised and then disappeared into the changing room. She was glad that she was the only one inside as she didn’t like to change in front of strangers. After putting the bathing suit onto one of the benches, she started to get undressed layer by layer. And there were many of those. At least six depending on how you counted.

After a good fifteen minutes she was finally wearing the bathing suite and the pair of combinations, socks, corset, corset cover, petticoat, bustle, walking skirt, blouse and jacket were placed neatly on the bench with the boots standing right in front of it. As she looked at herself in the mirror she couldn’t help but flinch slightly. Apart from really liking the out fit she had worn before, it had also hidden the fact that she had lost a bit of weight lately. Not enough that anyone had to be concerned. But she had been soft and slender before and to her it seemed like she was now looking very skinny. Though that was a very subjective perspective. For while Achilleas might be able to tell, it definitely wasn’t that noticeable.

Turning away from the mirror, Riani sighed softly and then stepped out of the dressing room. Her gaze wandered through the spa,. both taking in her surroundings and searching for Achilleas.

The process Achilleas needed to go through to undress and put on the swimming trunks was way quicker and easier than Ria’s. He was in and out of the men’s dressing room in under five minutes. He waited for her in the communal foyer while trying to get a peek at all the spa facilities. There were hot tubs, saunas, massage areas that were fortunately private, a place to sit in a mud bath, an area to apply a facial mask, just about anything one could think of. He did not notice her coming out of the dressing room as he was looking around.

Rai quickly spotted Achilleas and with her arms wrapped around her midriff, she walked quickly towards him. “Hey,” she said soft. “I’m sorry I kept you waiting.”

Achilleas turned around and smiled as he saw Ria in her bikini coming toward him. “The wait was well worth it.” He said with a wink. “What would you like to experience first? Hot tub, sauna, mud bath? Now keep in mind that we’ll be finishing with me giving you a massage.”

Chewing on her lower lip, Ria hesitated, taking her time to think about the options before saying anything. “I don’t like the idea of a mud bath, to be honest,” she eventually replied uncertainly. “So the hot tub? Or maybe the sauna? I’ve never done that, though. What would you like to do?” She looked up at Achilleas for a moment before letting her gaze wander through the spa once more.

“I’m thinking the hot tub.” Achilleas replied. “It just sounds nice to sit in boiling hot water and let the fatigue drain from my body.” He lightly took hand of Ria’s into his own and led the way deeper into the spa. It looked to be empty, so maybe they were one of the first to think about using it. “Looks like we may have the place to ourselves.” He said with a waggle of his eyebrows.

“So it seems,” Ria replied softly, smiling gently at Achilleas as she let him lead her towards one of the hot tubs. Once there, she let go of his hand and slipped quickly into the hot water. And not just up to her shoulders, but she submerged herself completely and stayed under the surface for several moments. As long as she could hold her breath. So when her head broke the surface, she was gasping a little for air. The smile on her face was a little wider, though, and she seemed a little more relaxed than she had just a moment ago.
