If they had been in the woods or such, she would have gently prodded it with a stick but lacking any broken bits of trees the closest thing was Dr. Black’s femur which was the longest bone in the human body. She could also use the bone as a bat if the greyish blob decided to launch for her face.

“I would not know Commander. I have not had contact with the creature. However I will reach out to my science officer to find out.” Najma did not want anything to do with the creature(s) and hoped that it could remain that way. “Moreino to Tressex please provide a status update on the creature that is currently in your custody. Also there seems to be a second creature and it has left a trail…of something in secondary sickbay can we contain it and determine if there is a connection between the two creatures?”

The confusion of what she was hearing had to be put aside for now. =^= Taylor to Security. The second creature has been located at secondary sickbay. The sickbay is on lockdown Proceed with caution to that location.=^=

While willow waited for the contact with the other ship to be established she responded =^= Understood. I am attempting to gain some understanding of where the creature came from. In the meantime I would like for you to stabilise the female and bring her and her nest to Deck two’s ICU we can use the Alternate Environment Support to establish an environment for the creature and her family. Perhaps if all the telepathic members of the crew were then To meet in ICU we can organise from there and coordinate the contact rather than many minds at once which I am sure will be confusing for the poor things. I will contact secondary sickbay and ask them to bring the male.=^=

She then contacted sickbay. =^= Doctor Scott, please remove the lockdown from secondary sickbay, the creature appears to be the male variant of the creature currently in the science labs. We think it is empathic, If you can communicate with the creature let it know we have it’s mate and offspring and mean it no harm. We are going to move the whole family unit to Deck Two’s ICU into the Alternative Environment Support. Oh and please will you bring Dr Black with you.=^=
