USS Ogawa

Starbase one, setting out

His partner had stayed on the target wile he had gone down a level and back up to get in front of him. They had watched him for the last week waiting to get him alone. The fool gave them the perfect chance going down to the industrial decks.
Trax worked quickly setting up the jammers, then it was his job to stop their mark and distract him wile Bork came up behind him and did the deed. Wile he worked one of the industrial replicators near by cycled on with a hum.

After he activated the jammers and took his place a shadow fell across him and a deep voice spoke. “Thank you Mr. Trax, that will make this so much easier.” He jumped to his feet reaching for his phaser when he felt the impact in his back, it was low, to his right and among his floating ribs. Almost as soon as the shock hit him a massive arm circled him from the left, pinning his strong side with its hand, and with it his weapon. He felt a heaviness in his chest, and a sharp pain when he gasped for breath. “But your only a priest!” They had told them he was. He figured the fact they had to infiltrate deep into the federation was why they were paying so well.
“A Klingon Preist, Mr.Trax. Easy now, your Orion companion won’t be coming, I have already dispatched him but don’t worry, it will be over soon. Rest assured I will roar you into So-go-kor. Any one so foolish deserves at least that.”
The voice was right, his vision was greying at the edges and he could feel his heart laboring as the blood filed pericardium squeezed his heart. Here he would die orbiting humanities home world.

Holding the body tight against his chest, the Priest carried it over to the replicator, the same one he had used to dispatch his other would be assassin. Bundling him into chamber, along with his uniform and D’k tang he recycled the materials into the stations replicator stores. With a few swift strokes of the consol a clean uniform appeared. Once dressed the Klingon retrieved the isoliner chip that had caused the replicator to slip into diagnostic test mode, wile disabling the log and safeties.
He would have to leave the jammers, as he could not afford for himself to show up on the security feeds disposing of them. Walking back along the corridor to the stairs he climbed back to the prominaud, retrieving his com badge and making his way to the docking bay for his outbound transport. He would disappear into the fleet, far from his enemies soon enough.
