Please join me in welcoming Charles Stevens to the owie who joins our psychiatric dept as our ship chaplain. Charles has been waiting very patiently to jump in an get involved andI am excited to see this character in action finally.

Charles! Welcome to the madness. Please try and stay out of the starbase vents and ignore any posters that declare Willow Queen of Hearts…its a bad bad lie :p your welcome pack will be with you as soon as our new ship gets here! in the meantime I can provide you with a slightly used scented candle and a packet of peanuts.
