Hello folks, i just wanted to post and appologise for being away. As some.of you are aware i havent veen very well and ended up in hospital last week. I was released on Saturday night about 8pm and spent the day Sunday in discussion with my work place about a phased return.

So im still alive and reading to catch up. Please bump me anything i miss and i will be posting IC between tonight and tomorrow.
