Casela walked into sickbay. She’d had to go to the lounge with the RTF team before she could come. She had to make sure that the team didn’t indulge too much. As soon as she knew they were settled and that Manhattan was staying, she left. Her ribs were killing her. And it was beyond her ability to repair herself. Doc Fey was going to make a report. Casela groaned and moved toward a biobed. This assignment couldn’t possibly get any worse.

OOC: I love how this is two days after arriving and we are like a month IC time. LOL

The Doctor was working on some experimental chemicals with the rest of her team trying to come up with countermeasures for the upcoming mission when Casela came in and laid on a bed. The Doctor watched the patient carefully for a moment before she got up and walked over to start a scan. “So what did you do this time? Argue over who had the biggest and the most?” She watched the conclusion of the scan and scowled at the Lieutenant. “I’m going to need you to explain why I shouldn’t call the XO or the Captain should the injuries be Ryder’s doing.” The doctor’s long limbs crossed in front of her as the scowl settled on disappointment.

“No doctor, I was forced into conducting combat training for squadron two of RTF. Captain Manhattan has a penitent for torso shots and I didn’t move fast or far enough.” And it ticked her off to admit it too. Manhattan had a good follow through so even if he ‘missed’ he was likely to score a hit. “I don’t know why you would think Cmdr. Raauhl would be at fault.” The jerk TOLD! She cursed silently to herself. “M Cpt Manhattan isn’t aware of the injury because I didn’t tell him, nor did I tell Cmdr. Raauhl. Combat training can get out of hand quickly, Doctor. It happens. It wasn’t done maliciously. I’d have them in lock up if it had been.” Casela laid still making sure not to jar her ribs too much.
