Irida pipes up, “If we split, I’m staying with Hampton and his shield.” She stands to the side of the turbolift until everyone is in and then steps in. The turbo lift opens at the bridge and she steps out slowly looking around.
Irida, RTFAs they step out onto the bridge they feel as if the floor is ripped from out of them, much like you would when falling asleep and you get that ‘falling feeling.’ From every at once an impish giggle could be heard followed by a scream before it was silent again. If anyone was paying particular notice they would note that something was different, it felt different but that’s all it was, a gut feeling.

NEnsign Korvoh turned his tricorder to the team and began a deep scan of the member’s brain chemistry, specifically the ones that had been inoculated. He was concerned that the inoculation may not be helping and wanted to understand why.
- NEnsign Korvoh
As the Ensign scanned the tricorder feed remained blank as if he was scanning nothing until finally, it beeped indicating the scan was finished and nothing had been registered.

At the back of the group, Blair’s anxiety seemed to be increasing with every step.
“I don’t like this,” he wailed, moving up close to Manhattan as if the RTF chief could offer additional protection. “It…it feels like I’m floating.”

Irida moved in front of the group. She spoke back towards Manhattan, “I don’t like it. It’s…” She went silent. There was an anomaly not a ghost and not some boogie man. She scanned the bridge, still bouncing on the balls of her feet to try and stave off the effects of what ever it was. Was the thing up here? If it was she wanted it contained and then they could get to work. The eeriness would NOT get to her. Mimicking their trainer she pulled out her Mark VII baton, just in case. The thing might react to electricity so it wasn’t charged, but she had this feeling in the bit of her stomach that something was going to jump out of the shadows at her. She shook her head, she would not give in to her overactive imagination.
Irida, RTF“Well. I see nothing useful here… Hampton, let’s get near a console, let’s download the ship’s database. And Irida…” he looked at her “Ah nothing. Just get us some cover. After the bridge we’ll inspect the lower decks.” He seemed not being that afraid after all, for Erve it seemed a normal walk onboard a normal ship.

Irida nodded, and stayed by the turbolift. Two reasons: 1 it allowed her to see the entire bridge from that vantage point and she could move easily anywhere else. 2 it kept the turbolift doors open and made sure it didn’t leave the bridge so they had a quick exit. Luckily for the moment she was still within range of shield.
