Casela laid on the bed more than a little unsure of exactly why she was doing that. But releaved and grateful Ryder didn’t want to ask questions. She laughed “I’m more worried Doc Fey will track me down with one of those confectioneries her sister makes and start singing.” After that she was quiet, even though she wouldn’t sleep he needed his. She let Ryder pull her closer, and even though she didn’t fidget, it was obvious to them both she didn’t know how to relax and be comfortable like this. However she didn’t move away, and one hand came up to touch the rune stones again.
