Casela shrugged, “I’m fine. I’ve had worse, and I will again. But you should see the other guy.” Casela knew her reputation, and it had saved her life on more than one occasion. She wouldn’t ask forgiveness for it.
Standing then up, Erve put back the regenerator in the first aid kit making a decent work stabilizing some of the contusions. He stood up, walked a bit around the room and sat back on the other side of the desk “Lieutenant… Working with ya will be a struggle, I must be honest, beside this apparent hate between you and the XO. Your character isn’t something that Starfleet’s normally seek but the RTF does. I read you are capable of combat, of self-defense and have others skills useful for this ship. I need you, but as some of the reports in your personal database tells a story, You need discipline, which lacks in you apparently.” He tapped the desk surface “I will not beat you up like Mr. Ryder, but from now I want you to be less aggressive with the Seniors Officers and non-RTF crew. Oh and I will appoint you a daily combat and recovery training. This includes lethal weapons replicas, realistic but not too much. They can hurt people.” Now things were calmer, more soothing. It was time to make the next move before the Counselor could say anything else “Open the Brief case.”
Great she thought, he wants to ‘fix’ me too. She opened the brief case and grinned. Oh this was awesome. She picked up each piece and examined them a practiced hand.
Inside the briefcase there was an RTF handcrafted uniform from an unknown tailor. It had Casela’s size and beside she would haven’t probably told anyone her waist size and circumference, the tailoring could be almost considered “perfect” and suiting… the first time with Erve was almost the same: he literally did not knew how they got the size correct. With the uniform a Mk. VII baton, an access iso-chips to Abell Conditions anomalies and a personal modified rail hand-gun were stuffed aside with a couple of rounds. All of this with a letter which was given to all RTF agents who received finally their official uniform and gearing.

She glanced over the letter (what does it say?) and then placed it back in the case with the other goodies. “I welcome the training. I will tell you my biggest problem, Cpt. I’ve always worked alone, for the most part. I’m sure you can understand how making decisions alone for so long can be a hard habit to break. I’ve never worked on a team as big as the RTF on this ship, but I will. My teams were 2 or 3 people. Usually me and a KAI. Hence why they sent me to be the handler. If you have reservations, I understand, and can sign the KAI over to you. I have no desire to put anyone on the RTF team at risk. As for star fleet…well we’ll see how that goes.” She dabbed at where the cut had been a moment ago, a wicked gleam on her face. “Things will work out, one way or another.”
Lt. Synthi-er
OOC: Letter -> “Lieutenant Casela Synthi-er, it is a honor and a must to officially welcome you in the RTF branch. We expect the best from all of our agents. And so we do with you.
Admiral of the Recovery Task Force Branch - REDACTED
Gear complement: Basic RTF combat uniform, MK. VII SD Baton, Chirp Rail-Handgun, Condition Abell personal access iso-chip”
“No need to worry. I know your capacities and I want you in my team.” He then leaned forward “Lieutenant, your training will be in-line with the 2nd Recovery Squadron. They aren’t too much, some 5 dudes,” he gave her a PaDD with the 5 names (Some were Klingon, one was Vulcan and two were Humans, which was a weird blend) “Trainings are purposely put between the evening and midnight time slots and will take some 18 hours weekly for 7 months, excluding Sunday. However, the gym is always open and the training holodecks are available all the days from 1000 and 1300 hours… if your training time seems minuscule it is because you are also the Counselor of the ship. Otherwise you would be performing between 20 to 30 hours of training weekly… do you think you can handle this rhythm or do you require some less time, Casela?” He paused waiting for a reply.
“Just to add something to spice up the flavor, the Squadron you’ll be training with necessitates of a lead.” He bit his lips “I am not saying you should be their leader but I want you to take control of the squadron during tactical training. This way you will develop more the sense of command and blending cooperation in your life will be ‘easier’.”
