So the moment has finally arrived! I want to welcome all of you to this maiden voyage of the Federation ARU vessel, the USS Leviathan. Please find your bunk rooms, drop off your stuff and settle in.

RPing on an ARU vessel will offer you something quite different to the other ships in STF and you’ve all helped to create a fantastic and rich framework for the ARU that we can use in our writing. There is a fair bit of information to absorb, but I’ve added key details onto the MOTD and Jay has also prepared a summary document for us to refer to. If there’s anything else you’d like to see on the MOTD, or if you haven’t yet seen Jay’s document, then just let me, Jake (your XO) or Jay (RTF Commander) know.

Jake has prepared an intriguing first sim for us and will be stepping up as our first Mission Director. I would like as many people as are interested to have a go in this role though, so if you do want to try your hand in a GM-style position or you do have an idea for a future sim, then please just let me or Jake know and we can get you scheduled in.

On a personal note, I want to say that I’ve been completely blown away by the creativity you’ve all shown so far, even just when brainstorming in Discord! I’m truly blessed with what I consider to be the best and most talented crew at STF and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in to some quality roleplaying with each of you.

If there’s anything at all you need OOC, then myself and your XO, Jake, are always on hand, either in Discord or via email. And if you know of any other players who would like to join our motley crew then please just let us know (as long as they’re not currently cadets).

I hope you all enjoy your time on the ship and that you have fun RPing in this incredibly unique environment you’ve all created. So, let the fun begin and don’t forget…

Hey all!

I’ll keep mine short as I echo some of Sharons words.

The work that has already gone into the MOTD, Lore , Graphics, and characters has been out of this world. I can only imagine how Sharon feels having dreamed of this baby and it coming to life in such a fashion that even I am blown away by your enthusiasm and commitment. So thank you all for joining us on this whacky ride!

Particular thanks of course to Sharon for creating the MOTD and getting all this put together and Jay for doing an outstanding job on the lore surrounding ARU.

From here let’s hope to carry that on and into our first mission!

I guess I’m drown to the unusual ships in the federation. First the Viking or the ghost ship of the fleet, now Leviathan, the demon hunter ship…

I’m sure it’ll be a blast (just hope we’re not the ones getting blasted).

Hello Levi crew,
Wow so many new people I have never played with before! Love your enthusiasm. As I have been away from STF for a couple of years and haven’t written anything during that time, I am still trying to get passed writer’s block. In fact, I am not even sure I like this characters name and have already given them gender reassignment surgery. Love reading all the posts that have gone up so far. Also not really sure what all this SPC or whatever it is called, but will do some research, ie watching youtube videos from my lazy boy. Anyway, I hope to get my intro post up in a few days
