Elora looked at the time and turned her attention back to Gadi’s file. She requested that the file be released to her, her clearance was confirmed and now had the full unredacted file in front of her. She let out a sigh, not sure what she should do with the information. She did not even want to speak it out loud to Bethany incase ears would hear. She had to play this carefully while she decided weather she wanted her on the ship or not, it was not an easy choice to make. She sat there thumbing the Padd, her coffee getting cold.

Bethany grabbed her PaDD. She still had a few days to finish setting up the new duty rotation. She thought the captain would approve. She seemed like a no nonsense officer and would approve the schedule and reasons behind it. Bethany still had a few rotations to work out, but she had a few ideas that she tapped into the PaDD as she made her way down the lift to the CIC and then along the corridor to Myles’ ready room.

She stopped outside the door, wishing she had a cup of coffee with her, then dismissed it as unprofessional. She rang the chime.
