Ryland had been cleared by the doctors but the counselors were another matter his file as 3000 pages of black ink and it always seem to take them a moment to figure out that he couldn’t tell him why he was the way he was. He tried to give them what he could but telling them that he watched a friend die is different than doing it behind a line they should not have been behind by a race that did far worse than kill.

He was tall and well muscled but not bulky but defiantly strong and in perfect shape, mentally he was a bit of a hot mess but he was able to hide that fact fairly well.

He tugged his uniform and rang the chime.
