Hey all quick jump in from your friendly neighborhood cockroach and engineering director. I wanted to encourage you all to comment and review the submission Jake’s put in alot of hard work over the last month or so especially to get this ready for formal submission. I know the process can see daunting to some but if you got an idea for a ship or tech piece and how the process works PLEASE reach out to me in Discord (anything with cockroach in it!), and I’ll be glad to help out.

Jake’s given me permission to make this post quick to outline mostly what the EDept is looking for. The primary things we strive to have are readability, details, and the like. To this end alot of the 1st or 2nd reviews usually are fixing grammar/spelling/punctuation errors. While we don’t require perfection on this front as I’m no english literature professor myself we want submissions to be of a well made quality nature. So anyone skilled in that please comment and point them out. The second part is the more tech end of t hings, mostly in complying with our submission policies for the most part I and my AEdir will handle those. However, if there is a section of say a room you feel could need more detail to flesh out its purpose, or something of that sort added, please again chime in! The more construtive comments and reviews we get the quicker we can has this all out and I can give it my roachy stamp of approval.

Reviews last about two weeks a piece, so you have until 2-22-24 at noon US Eastern time to chime in on this. Hope to hear from folks soon! If you got any questions please reach out to me on discord or have your CO/XO pass on a message.

Wow, this is absolutely incredible! I’m truly blown away and it’s hard to even express how impressed I am! It was all thanks to Jake’s incredible dedication and hard work. He poured his heart and soul into creating this document and tirelessly sought out feedback to make it perfect. I’m beyond grateful for his efforts.

I’m overflowing with excitement about the prospect of having this new ship for the Leviathan. Also thanks to Rob for your leadership in the Engineering dept.
