Shoval took the Turbolift to the CO’s quarters, still not use to a federation uniform. But was proud to have it on,he straightened it. Then rang the chime, then waited until he was told to enter.

Captain Iphigenia Henao stood, gazing out the window in her quarters, a personal space where few bothered her. When she heard the chime ring, she was surprised. Turning to face the door, instead of extending an invitation, she said loudly, “I hope this matter is urgent!” to the visitor on the other side.

He maybe had to inform his captain another way ,but on his old ship under the empire. He had a meeting in his quarters, to handle important matters.

The door slid open, revealing Shoval Drang standing in the doorway, Iphigenia studied him for a moment before gesturing for him to enter. She motioned towards the seats in the room, her tone softening as she said, “Please, have a seat, Lieutenant Drang. What is it that couldn’t wait?”

“Thank you captain, I seem to have discovered a planet . That seems to be isolated here,( shows her a padd) I don’t know much about it. As my kvort vessel, was cloaked at the time my former captain didn’t seem to in interested in it. Your science cadet, told me that it would interest you?”

“Interesting,” Iphigenia replied, her eyes narrowing as she glanced at the PADD. “An isolated planet, you say? That certainly piques my curiosity. We’re far from known space, Lieutenant Drang. Let’s see what we have here.”

Iphigenia took the PADD from Shoval’s outstretched hand and began scrolling through the information. Her brow furrowed as she read the preliminary reports from the science cadet. “This planet seems to be emitting an energy signature we’ve never encountered before,” she mused aloud. “And its location… it’s situated in a region of space that’s not charted on any of our current star maps.”
She raised her eyes from the PaDD. “It’s not every day that we stumble upon a mysterious planet emitting unique energy signatures. Lieutenant, I believe this discovery warrants a closer investigation. Lets head that way and then you prepare an away team with the necessary equipment. I want to know more about this planet, its inhabitants, and that technology you mentioned.”
