Ashara Mavix wasn’t sure what she was expecting out of her first proper mission on the Leviathan; but she was sure that rounding up infected members of the crew and quarantine them was not at the top of her list. Still, there she was, standing in her office with a group of her best people, about to do just that. Mavix couldn’t help but chuckle quietly to herself as she looked around at her peers, phasers at the ready, maximum stun of course being the preferred setting. Ash was proud to call this group of people her peers, but was hoping that no major casualties were recorded, on both sides…

“So,” she began, “Who’s ready for a Varmit Hunt.”

-Lieutenant Ashara Mavix: Chief of Security-

An engineer on the team and shouted “Yeah!” just a little too excitedly and began jumping up and down like he was hyping himself up. The upside to the situation was that none of them seem to be affected by what was going around. A nurse from the medical team eyed him suspiciously, shook her head, and then said to the CoS, “I have brought some bio-hazard suites for you and the rest of the security team. You will need to wear them as you round up the infected.” Another nurse presented the suites on a hover cart, neatly folded with the helmets organized on bottle shelves. “Ensign Jackson has already been dispatched with a crew of security and medical officers, at your command I believe, to the main science labs and has already begun to set up there.” She looked at her PaDD and said, “He last reported rounding up 7 infected crew and they are being detained in a small room in the science labs for further assessment. Medical has asked that you and this team start quarantining near the Engineering department and secure the shuttle bay areas. This is important because as the crew becomes infected and paranoid they head for the shuttles, activate them and try to fly them off the ship even when the hangar doors do not open. We have experienced some casualties as a result. You are to incapacitate anyone who attempts to leave the ship.”
