Mornings were never dull when it came to Audrey! She had woke up late and was rushing around her quarters to make sure she was ready for the day. She fed Audrey and then ran out of her quarters and toward the turbo lift.

When the turbolift doors opened Adam Magnusson walked out and nearly collided with the young scientist and almost spilling his nearly full cup of coffee. He managed a half-pirouette to avoid splashing any coffee over either of them. When he finally stopped he turned to Kane, his face had his usual wooden expression “In a hurry Lieutenant?” He asked in as friendly manner as he could.

“I’m sorry Sir!” She said as she stopped abruptly “just a little bit” she took a few deep breaths “never a dull moment when dealing with Audrey”
