OOC: I realise the away team are still assembling, but the sim has pretty much completely stalled these past couple of weeks. So in an effort to get some life back into it, I’m going to move things forward and get into some action.

IC: The away team materialised on the bridge of the USS Celeste. Unlike the CIC of the Leviathan, this was a more ‘classic’ bridge configuration, complete with domed ‘skylight’ casting an occasional shimmer into the otherwise darkened room. Signs of a struggle were obvious - upturned chairs, shattered consoles, spilled mugs of coffee. Backup power was adequate only to maintain environmental controls, warp core stabilisation, and the eerie red glow of emergency lighting. All consoles and control panels appeared to be offline. No indication from here on the status of the containment deck…or its inhabitants.

Theo made a slight face at the mess, internally Theodore agreed. Carefully he opened his tricroder and began some basic scans. While he waited for the rest of the team And their orders.

Aggression, I would have assumed more of a mess. They thought almost simultaneously.

Jackson materialized near one of the darkened consoles. Immediately upon taking in the state of the bridge, he began striding toward the nearest exit, stopping himself after a few steps when he remembered that he had to wait for the XO. With a roll of his eyes, he turned around, staying near the door. Always with the orders and the management and the carefulness, he thought.
