Many, many, many years ago, the first ship I was on in STF was the USS Independence. Seems fitting to remember her right now.

The USS Independence??? I had no idea there was a ship named that here at STF. I know the 4th of July is controversial this year, but it’s still a cause to celebrate and things are bound to get better ----Ty
